New Client Registration

Here is all we need to set you up as a new payroll client. Complete this simple form and submit it. Please print, complete and fax the Electronic Billing Authorization to our office.

Electronic Billing
This form authorizes Payroll Solution to automatically withdraw fees for Payroll services. This time saving service simplifies your monthly bill paying duties. You receive an emailed invoice from Payroll Solution before the fifth of each month allowing you to review charges. Your fees are deducted on the 10th of each month. These fees are charged monthly in arrears. This efficient service is one more time saving benefit that Payroll Solution offers its clients.
