This option allows you to track employee's accrued sick and vacation hours. They can be tracked by the hour or by the payroll. Sometimes employees are confused about the accrual rate of this benefit. For this reason many employees find it helpful to see their accumulated sick and vacation hours displayed conveniently on their paycheck stub. Sick and Vacation pay is one of the built in incentives that many employers offer their valued employees.
