This option allows you to track employee's accrued sick and vacation hours. They can be tracked by the hour or by the payroll. Sometimes employees are confused about the accrual rate of this benefit.  For this reason many employees find it helpful to see their accumulated sick and vacation hours displayed conveniently on their paycheck stub. Sick and Vacation pay is one of the built in incentives that many employers offer their valued employees. This report (and the option of having it appear on the employee’s check stub) eliminates confusion and enables both employee and employer to track exactly what the employee has accumulated. This is an extremely valuable, clarifying tool for both employer and employee. This report is available on a regular basis or by request.
